Our Sourdough Loaves are baked early in the morning when you are still sleeping. It’s an all time favorite and holds a very special place in the hearts of all of our customers. - Schwarzbrot: sourdough loaf with whole wheat flour, water, salt, and a lot of love - traditional German - slightly dense and very aromatic
- Mischbrot: sourdough loaf with 60% whole wheat and 40% bread flour, water, salt, and passion - lighter in texture. We use this bread for our sandwiches.
- Bauernbrot: sourdough loaf with whole wheat flour, water, salt and added seeds like pumpkin, flax, sunflower, sesame, chia, coriander, bread spices, herbs, cheddar and jalapeno, turmeric and onion.... our Bauernbrot varies from day to day.
- Ciabatta: delicious soft Italian bread made with refined flour, sourdough, yeast, water, salt, curd and olive oil.
Baguette (we call it "Stangerl"): white french bread with a crunchy crust and soft from inside. Made with refined flour, salt, water, curd and sourdough.
